1. Disclaimer

(1)Browsing and use of the Website (including other websites that can be accessed through links or domain names contained on the Website; this definition shall apply hereinafter, excluding Section 3) are at the sole responsibility of each person who browses or uses the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
(2)SBI Pharmaceuticals does not guarantee the contents (including authenticity, accuracy, legality, validity, morality, timeliness, completeness, existence of approval of use from a rightful claimant, and non-infringement of the rights of a third party) of the services, contents, data, and information provided by the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Information”). SBI Pharmaceuticals does not guarantee the service conditions, accessibility or the use conditions of the Information.
SBI Pharmaceuticals assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur through browsing or use of the Website as well as for any loss or damage arising from the Information contained on the Website or from the delay, fault or omission existing in or related to the Information.
(3)SBI Pharmaceuticals assumes no responsibility for any actions conducted by the User, the contents of business tie-up contracts or other contracts executed between the Users or any trouble related thereto arising out of the Website or the Information contained on the Website.

2. Prohibitions

(1)The User is prohibited from using the Website or the Information, in whole or in part, for profit-making or commercial purposes (whether through use, reproduction, duplication, copy, upload, download, transmission, sale, resale, or any other format; this definition shall apply hereinafter in this Section).
(2)Any user who has received an ID and password (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”) is prohibited from disclosing Information obtained through the use of the Member Site to a non-member third party or from using the Information for purposes that do not relate to the Member Site.

3. Possession of Rights

The Website (under the management of SBI Pharmaceuticals, excluding other websites that can be accessed through links or domain names contained on the Website; this definition shall apply hereinafter in this section), the Information, and the copyright thereof (excluding the copyrights belonging to third parties) belong to SBI Pharmaceuticals.

4. Precaution in Case the Information is published on the Website

(1)The User will be held responsible for the Information that is published, disclosed, or provided (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Publishing”) by the User on the Website, and SBI Pharmaceuticals assumes no responsibility.

(2)SBI Pharmaceuticals may conduct a prior check on the information that the User wants Publishing. If SBI Pharmaceuticals, as a result of the prior check, determines that the information includes any of the foregoing, such information may not be published and the information already published may be deleted or changed. In such case, SBI Pharmaceuticals may also stop or limit the use of the Website by the User, or delete the ID and password of such User if determined to be necessary by SBI Pharmaceuticals.
(3)SBI Pharmaceuticals may save the information published or requested for Publishing if required by laws/regulations, if necessary to respond to claims from a third party, or if determined to be necessary by SBI Pharmaceuticals.
(4)If the User requests SBI Pharmaceuticals for Publishing on the Website, such User shall be deemed to grant SBI Pharmaceuticals the right to use such information and will not exercise the authorship rights with respect to such information.

5. Use of Cookies

SBI Pharmaceuticals uses a technology called “Cookies” on some pages to provide greater convenience to the User to browse or use the Website. “Cookies” are the technology to store in the computer as a file the browsing history and entries transmitted and received between the browser and the server when the Website was browsed or used. The Cookies enable the Website to identify the User’s computer and maintain the information on the previous status when returned.
For the protection of privacy, the browser of the User only transmits the Cookies transmitted and received by the server of the Website, so as not to make SBI Pharmaceuticals obtain any personal information.

The User who is willing to cancel the advertisement is to make access to the website of the provider and nullify the use of the Cookies at the page of opt-out. The re-setting is required in the case of change in the browser, deletion of the Cookies, and change to a new device.

6. Scope and Revision of the Terms of Use

(1)These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to all of the Users of the Website, and each User shall faithfully comply with the provisions of the Terms.
(2)Individual provisions provided separately on the Website or established through any other methods by SBI Pharmaceuticals shall be considered to be part of the Terms.
(3)The Terms may be revised as necessary. Changes in the Terms are effective when they are published by SBI Pharmaceuticals on the Website.
