Learning from a series of recent mishaps and acts of negligence related to personal information, the Company takes proactive steps to prevent such mishaps and acts by building a secure environment and system for the use of our services as outlined in this Privacy Policy.<\/p><p><strong>Article 1: Obtainment and Use of Personal Information<br \/><\/strong>The Company will, when obtaining any personal information, identify the purposes of use and use the obtained information within the scope of purposes. The Company will specify the purposes of use on the &#8220;Personal Information Management Ledger&#8221;, and the &#8220;Personal Information Manager&#8221; of each business segment handling personal information shall be responsible for establishing and enforcing the confirmation procedures to avoid the abuse of the personal information. Moreover, the Company will establish the internal management system and implement the safety management measures to prevent the abuse of personal information beyond the scope of the purposes of use.<\/p><p><strong>Article 2: Management and Protection of Personal Information<br \/><\/strong>The Company will strictly manage personal information and will not disclose or provide any personal information for a third party without obtaining prior consent from the relevant customer or any legal foundation. Moreover, the Company will establish and enforce the safety management measures in order to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information. The Company will take measures to prevent any problem.
